in this course i was taught the basics of how to create and organization or a group and also to step up and lead it. the class gave many great tools that a leader will need in order to be successful as well as bring success to those they lead.

in this course i was taught the idea of how leadership is not an individual thing, but a process that involves many parties working together on a common idea or theme. this class has also taught me that the main attribute of any leader is a two way street of trust. as a leader you need to trust other to step up and lead along with you and also as a leader you need to be trustworthy and keep your word to those you lead.

in this course i was taught the basics of what inquiry is and how you can implement it into a classroom to help students gain more knowledge. this course showed me first hand how if a student learns through inquiry that they will have a better appreciation and also gain ownership for what they are learning and in return they will learn more and retain their new found knowledge.

the file above is a screen shot of the poster (glogster) that i created in my technology class. in the class i was given many great tools to help with teaching my students and this file is a great tool that i used in teaching my students about the life cycle of a frog.

in this course i was introduced to many pieces of literature that have been looked at and awarded as the best in their class. in this course i read everything from picture books such as the "ugly duckling" to "little women" and witnessed first hand what sets certain pieces of literature on a different level to others.
